Focus, Self-Control, Discipline, self-confidence, Respect
we teach more than jiu-jitsu techniques. through BJJ, our students come away with improved focus and self-control, more self confidence, and greater respect for themselves, their teachers, and their training partners.
Have fun. make friends. learn to problem solve under pressure.
What are your goals for your child? come talk to us and we’ll work with you to help them get there.
curriculum-based skills progression
At its core, BJJ is a martial art, and we work first and foremost to keep everyone safe as they practice it. Our Cubs (4-6 years and new beginners) curriculum teaches the fundamental movements of BJJ and grappling in a safety-oriented, fun-filled, and confidence-building way so by the time they move up to our Jaguars (7-12 years) program, they’re able to practice submissions, throws, sweeps, and escapes while respecting their training partners and keeping each other safe. Our curriculum allows students of all ages and skill levels to join at any time and make progress toward their goals with every class.
